Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to understand and present technical products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Identify prospective customers and qualify leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (virtual and on-site).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective business strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA with 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Comfortable conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹7 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
