Job Title: Bodyshop Advisor
Location: Maradu
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Summary
The Bodyshop Advisor is responsible for handling customer vehicles requiring accident repairs, denting, painting, and bodywork. The role involves coordinating between customers, technicians, insurance surveyors, and the parts department to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle repair requirements.
Inspect vehicle damage and prepare job cards.
Explain repair estimates, timelines, and insurance procedures to customers.
Coordinate with bodyshop technicians, painters, and the parts department.
Liaise with insurance surveyors for claim processing and approvals.
Provide regular repair status updates to customers.
Ensure quality inspection before vehicle delivery.
Deliver repaired vehicles and explain the work completed.
Maintain accurate repair records, invoices, and customer documentation.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Diploma/Graduate in any discipline (Automobile background preferred).
1–3 years of experience as a Bodyshop Advisor or Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills Required
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of bodyshop operations, accident repairs, and insurance claim processes.
Basic computer skills and dealership software knowledge.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
