Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Monitor and troubleshoot building systems for optimal performance.
- Respond to emergency repairs and ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain shift operations and conduct handovers between shifts.
- Record maintenance activities in CMMS and ensure regulatory compliance.
