Location: Mumbai
Role Details:
- Setting up and customizing helix modules (IPC, SR and KB to align with business processes.
- Defining and designing automated workflows, approval processes and escalation rules within the helix system.
- Issue debugging and fixing of BMC Helix ITSM
- Ability to build DWPCAT workflow
- Integration of remedy with different applications
- Preparing BO (Business Objects - Reporting tool) Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.
- Having knowledge of spoon job
Overall Job Description:
- Customization of various applications in Helix PWA
- Configuring and customising components of ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change, Task, SRM, DWP, SLM and CMDB
- Integrating helix with other system like ticketing tools, asset management system and monitoring platform.
- Customisation of Helix/remedy forms, Developing workflows, escalations, filters
- Customisation of remedy ARS and ITSM as per customer needs.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Graduation: Any Degree
· BMC remedy certified associate.
WORK EXPERIENCE
· Need Skilled resource for ITSM Tool (BMC Helix) with 8-12 years of experience.
· Experience with database queries
Any Specific requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of Helix/Remedy's ITSM modules (IPC), including Service Request Management, DWP Catalogue and Asset Management
- Should have extensive experience working with BMC Developer Studio
- Should have in depth knowledge on BMC Helix Discovery module
- Should have experience on configuring Hardware Asset management and Software asset management
- Strong understanding of BMC Helix SaaS multi tenancy platform
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
