Hiring: Regional Business Manager (RBM) – Franchise Development & Operations Preschool EDUTECH experience

We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager (RBM) to drive franchise expansion and operational excellence. If you have a proven background in franchise development, business operations, and stakeholder management, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners.
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signing.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies for expansion opportunities.
Represent the organization at franchise expos, industry events, and networking platforms.
Lead franchise onboarding, training, and successful center launches.
Implement and monitor operational policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Support franchisees to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular audits and business reviews to ensure compliance.
Analyze franchise KPIs and recommend growth strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to drive franchise success.
Provide admission support and operational guidance to franchise partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Franchise Development & Operations.
Strong track record in franchise sales and business expansion.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis.
Fluency in English and the regional language.
Willingness to travel extensively.
