Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer requirements (budget, occasion, design preference)
- Explain product details such as gold purity, diamond quality, pricing, and making charges
- Showcase jewellery collections and suggest suitable options
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of jewellery in the showroom
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS transactions
- Ensure secure handling of jewellery and follow store safety procedures
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstones
- Customer service orientation
- Confidence and grooming suitable for luxury retail environment
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualifications
- Minimum: 10th / 12th pass (preferred: graduate)
- Experience in retail sales (jewellery or luxury retail preferred but not mandatory)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Jewelry sales: 1 year (Required)
- Gold Jewelry Industry : 1 year (Required)
