Key Responsibilities:
- Handle room reservations through phone, email, and online channels
- Enter, update, and manage reservations in the hotel system
- Provide guests with information about room types, rates, and hotel services
- Confirm bookings and send reservation details to guests
- Modify or cancel reservations as requested
- Coordinate with front office and sales teams regarding room availability
- Ensure accurate billing and payment details
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to reservations politely

- Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Computer knowledge and experience with hotel reservation systems
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Prior experience in hotel reservations or front office is an advantage
