Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly
Ensure a pleasant and memorable guest experience throughout their stay
Reservations & Front Desk Operations
Manage room reservations via phone, email, online channels, and walk-ins
Maintain accurate guest records and folios using Hotel Management Software (PMS)
Handle billing, payments, and cash/card transactions efficiently
Guest Assistance & Communication
Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and requests
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions
Handle guest feedback and minor complaints politely and effectively
Interdepartmental Coordination
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure room readiness
Communicate guest requests and special requirements to relevant departments
Skills & Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with PMS is an advantage
Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
2 Years Experience in Hotel Front Office; training will be provided.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month
