- Operate CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines for sheet metal processing.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, DXF files, nesting layouts, and job cards.
- Load and unload MS, SS, Aluminum, GI, and other sheet metal sheets using proper material handling equipment.
- Select and run the correct CNC program according to the production schedule.
- Ensure accurate cutting dimensions and maintain product quality as per customer requirements.
- Perform first-off inspection and in-process quality checks using measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust cutting parameters when required.
- Minimize material wastage by following approved nesting plans.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and daily maintenance activities.
- Report machine breakdowns, tool issues, and quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.
Pay: ₹11,466.71 - ₹27,390.57 per month
