We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen our online presence, and generate high-quality student admissions.
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and improve student enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, social media strategy, content marketing, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI and lower Cost per Lead (CPL).
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
Lead Generation & Admissions Marketing
- Develop strategies to generate quality student enquiries.
- Improve lead-to-admission conversion through digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the admissions and counselling team.
- Build marketing funnels for course promotions.
Social Media & Brand Management
- Develop monthly content strategies.
- Oversee Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Supervise content creators, designers, and video editors.
Website & SEO
- Improve website traffic through SEO and content optimization.
- Monitor website performance and user experience.
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
- Coordinate website updates with the development team.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Search Console.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Marketing Automation
- Implement email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Create lead nurturing workflows.
- Maintain CRM and marketing databases.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, faculty, and admissions teams.
- Allocate tasks, review work quality, and ensure timely execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Master's Degree or professional certifications in Digital Marketing are preferred.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in education, EdTech, training institutes, or service industries is preferred.
- Proven track record of generating quality leads and improving conversions.
