We are looking for a customer-focused and dynamic CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) to maintain strong relationships with customers, handle enquiries and complaints professionally, follow up on customer interactions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The candidate will coordinate with sales and other departments, maintain customer records, support customer engagement activities, and contribute to business growth through effective communication and relationship management. Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills are essential, and experience in customer service or sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
