Job Summary
Ecostan India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and shop floor activities.
- Monitor production schedules to meet daily targets.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments.
- Monitor manpower utilization and machine performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
- Identify production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Ability to lead and coordinate production teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read engineering drawings will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- B.Tech /Any Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 3-7 years
