Key Responsibilities1. Counter Sales & Cashiering
- Greet customers warmly and answer questions regarding menu options or limited-time promotions.
- Input customer requests into the Point of Sale (POS) terminal accurately.
- Manage financial collections through digital wallets, cards, and physical currency.
2. Food Preparation & Kitchen Operations
- Fry and prepare signature food items matching standard recipes and operating procedures.
- Handle raw inventory, breading, and food packaging processes safely.
- Pack takeaway or delivery orders securely with all necessary condiments.
3. Store Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Clean and sanitize kitchen tables, dining areas, counters, and guest seating zones regularly.
- Keep standard cooking equipment and packaging areas orderly during rush periods.
- Abide by the internal sanitation, dress code, and grooming guidelines mandated by the brand.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum completion of 10th or 12th grade standard.
- Experience: Open to absolute freshers; prior hospitality or QSR experience is valued but not required.
- Skills: Basic conversational ability, quick numeric calculations, and a high level of teamwork.
- Flexibility: Ability to work on a rotational roster, which regularly involves late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹14,517.54 - ₹45,406.59 per month
