Role Overview
The PGT Accountancy Teacher will be responsible for teaching Accountancy to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum guidelines. The candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to prepare students for board examinations and competitive careers in commerce.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Responsibilities
- Teach Accountancy to Classes XI & XII.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and question papers.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations.
- Complete syllabus within the academic schedule.
- Provide remedial classes and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board Examinations.
Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
- Encourage conceptual learning and practical understanding.
- Use smart classroom technology and modern teaching methods.
Student Guidance
- Mentor students for academic growth and career development.
- Support weak learners through additional guidance.
- Encourage analytical and problem-solving skills.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance and academic records.
- Participate in examinations, school events, meetings, and PTMs.
- Coordinate with parents regarding student performance.
- Contribute to institutional development activities.
Educational Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com.) with specialization in Accountancy.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- CTET or any TET qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in an affiliated school.
Required Skills
- Strong command over Accountancy concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach using digital and smart classroom tools.
- Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
Salary- Rs. 60,000/- consolidated (per month) .
Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
