Job Title :- Full-Time Speech-Language Therapist (Urgent Opening)
Company & Location:- Global Child Wellness Center — Malout & Bhatinda, Punjab.
Job Summary:- We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Speech Therapist to diagnose and treat children with communication and swallowing disorders, helping them develop essential life skills.
Core Responsibilities:-
- Conduct Assessments: Evaluate children using standardized tools to identify specific speech, language, or fluency delays.
- Design Care Plans: Create customized, goal-oriented treatment programs tailored to each child's developmental needs.
- Provide Therapy: Deliver high-quality, clinical interventions for articulation, stuttering, and expressive/receptive language challenges.
- Engage Families: Counsel parents on home-care strategies and progress tracking to ensure continuous development.
- Document Progress: Maintain precise clinical records, daily progress notes, and formal discharge summaries.
- Work Multidisciplinary: Partner with our clinical team, including occupational therapists, to provide holistic child care.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Speech Therapy. Diploma Holders can also apply if they have good Experience in same field.
- Valid professional registration/licensure as applicable.
- Sound knowledge of speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
- Ability to assess and manage children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other special needs.
- Ability to develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
