We're looking for a motion designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals and storytelling. You come from a strong production background and are passionate about crafting high-quality motion content across formats, whether for brands, campaigns, or digital experiences.
What we're looking for:
4 - 8 years of experience in motion design with a production, studio, or agency background
Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling across platforms
Solid understanding of design fundamentals - typography, composition, color, and timing
Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D/Blender, or similar
Ability to translate scripts, storyboards, or concepts into engaging motion outputs
Experience collaborating with designers, editors, and creative teams
Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflow and creativity
Attention to detail with a strong sense of pacing, transitions, and visual polish
What you'll do:
Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for campaigns, brand content, and digital platforms
Translate concepts, scripts, and static designs into dynamic visual stories
Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and creative leads to bring ideas to life
Own end-to-end motion execution, from storyboarding to final delivery
Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and motion systems
Stay updated with motion trends, tools, and techniques to elevate output quality
