We're looking for a Senior Executive – Non-IT Recruitment with 1–5 years of recruitment experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups until onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and build a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (consultancy experience preferred).
- Strong sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
