Job Responsibilities:
- Provide practical driving training to customers and learners using Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
- Explain vehicle controls, driving techniques, traffic rules, and road safety practices.
- Train learners in city driving, parking, reversing, and other essential driving skills.
- Ensure safe and responsible driving during all training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the driving performance of learners and provide proper guidance.
- Demonstrate basic vehicle features and safe handling of Maruti Suzuki vehicles.
- Maintain training schedules and learner progress records.
- Ensure the training vehicle is clean, safe, and in proper working condition.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Valid Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience preferred.
- Experience as a driving instructor will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety.
- Basic knowledge of Maruti Suzuki vehicle features is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a patient approach.
- Ability to train customers professionally and confidently.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
