Job Summary
The Senior HR Manager is responsible for leading the organization's human resources function by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, compliance, and HR operations. The Senior HR Manager serves as a strategic partner to leadership while fostering a positive, high-performing, and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and business growth.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and workforce planning.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Design and implement performance management programs and succession planning strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to maintain market competitiveness.
- Lead employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Identify training needs and oversee leadership development and employee learning programs.
- Develop and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage HR budgets, systems, and vendor relationships where applicable.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
- 3–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in performance management, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner with senior leadership.
- Experience using HRIS and HR analytics tools.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
