KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement Project Quality Assurance & Quality Control plans.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, method statements, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Conduct regular site inspections for structural, architectural, and MEP works.
- Ensure materials and workmanship comply with approved standards and specifications.
- Monitor and verify material testing such as concrete, steel, soil, and related reports.
- Identify defects/non-conformities and raise NCRs where required.
- Follow up and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
- Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test reports, approvals, and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams for inspection approvals and quality compliance.
- Conduct internal quality audits and ensure adherence to company procedures and quality management systems.
- Assist in preparing handover documentation and final quality reports.
- Provide guidance and training to site teams on quality procedures and standards.
- Ensure timely inspections and support smooth project execution.
- Maintain Checklist of all works executed at site.
Qualifications & Skills
- BE Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC activities in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, ISO 9001, QA/QC procedures, and testing methods.
- Hands-on experience in site inspections, material testing, and quality documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
