Job Summary
A Beauty Advisor helps customers choose and purchase skincare, makeup, fragrance, and other beauty products. They demonstrate product use, provide beauty consultations, recommend suitable products, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the salons
- Demonstrate makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance products
- Recommend products based on customer needs and skin type
- Explain product features, ingredients, and benefits
- Perform makeup applications or mini makeovers when required
- Achieve daily or monthly sales targets
- Maintain product displays and cleanliness
- Stay updated on new beauty trends and product launches
- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat business

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: ₹13,421.67 - ₹35,791.09 per month
