Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and responsible Shift In-Charge to manage store operations during assigned shifts in our stores. The Shift In-Charge will be responsible for supervising the picker-packer team, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining inventory levels, and meeting operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations during the shift.
- Monitor picking, packing, and dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage shift manpower and task allocation.
- Ensure stock availability and escalate stock-out situations to inventory team.
- Conduct quality checks on packed orders.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies.
- Handle and resolve issues related to order delays, inventory, or team performance.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the store during the shift.
- Generate and share shift reports with the Store Manager.
- Train new staff members and monitor team performance.
Requirements:
- Min. 12th Pass.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, retail, or e-commerce operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using handheld devices or warehouse management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Working Hours:
- 9–10 hour rotational shifts.
- 6-day working week with 1 weekly off.
