About the Role
As an SDE Intern specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), you will collaborate with our AI team to support the design, implementation, and deployment of advanced conversational AI systems targeting sales and customer support automation. This internship offers hands-on experience with state-of-the-art LLM architectures, agent frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines within a professional and innovative work environment. You will gain practical exposure to AI application development, model fine-tuning, and integration with real-world systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, testing, and iteration of AI agents and chatbot workflows using frameworks and related technologies.
- Help integrate LLMs and RAG systems with backend APIs, vector stores, and databases.
- Participate in collaborative code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in Generative AI and contribute to pilot projects and innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience through academic projects, internships, or personal learning.
- Familiarity with modern LLM concepts, such as transformers, RAG, or agents; exposure to frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI API preferred.
- Understanding of basic database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API usage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a collaborative work ethic.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Previous internship or project experience in AI, NLP, or related domains.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.
- Exposure to microservice-based software design.
- Interest or experience with voice AI technologies or agentic systems.
