We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Spare Parts Manager to oversee our dealership's parts department. You will be responsible for maintaining optimum inventory levels, driving retail counter sales, supporting our workshop team to minimize vehicle downtime, and ensuring strict compliance with OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & Stock Control: Forecast demand for fast-moving items, manage reorder levels, and minimize dead stock through effective inventory management techniques.
Workshop Support: Ensure 100% parts availability (high fill rate) for the service floor to guarantee timely delivery of customer vehicles.
Counter Sales & Revenue: Drive over-the-counter parts and official accessory sales to walk-in customers and local garages to meet monthly revenue targets.
DMS & Documentation: Accurately log all inward and outward stock entries, track part number updates, and manage billing using the Dealership Management Software (DMS).
Education: Graduate / Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Proven track record as a Parts Manager or Senior Parts Executive in a reputed two-wheeler dealership.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Automobile DMS (Dealership Management Software) and MS Excel.
Excellent knowledge of two-wheeler technical components and part numbers.
Good communication and team management abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
