About the Role:
Blue Pine Consulting is looking for experienced, dynamic, and target-driven Real Estate Sales Managers to join our growing team in sales for ultra-luxurious real estate projects. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a proven sales background.
Requirements:
- Spoken English is mandatory
- Minimum 4+ years of experience required
- Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Target-oriented mind-set
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for real estate projects
- Connect with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Explain project details and convert leads into sales
- Maintain customer databases and sales reports
- Build long-term client relationships
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month
