- Operate conventional milling machine with DRO system
- Read and understand engineering drawings
- Set up workpieces using clamps, vices, and fixtures
- Perform drilling, slotting, facing, contouring, and keyway cutting
- Maintain dimensional accuracy as per tolerances
- Vernier caliper
- Micrometer
- Height gauge
- Dial indicator
- Select proper cutting tools and cutting parameters
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures
- Ensure timely completion of job orders
