Job Summary
The Front Office Desk Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming patients and visitors, handling appointments, coordinating with departments, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and strong customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, visitors, and attendants in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient registration and maintain accurate records.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Guide patients regarding consultation, investigations, billing, and hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Handle OPD/IPD admission documentation as required.
- Collect and verify patient information and maintain confidentiality.
- Process billing, receipts, and payment collection (if applicable).
- Maintain daily appointment schedules and MIS reports.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
- Address patient concerns politely and escalate complaints when necessary.
- Maintain records of walk-in inquiries and follow-up appointments.
- Support administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
