- Inspect and maintain electrical fixtures, lighting systems, fans, air conditioners, and plumbing facilities.
- Perform minor repair works such as replacing bulbs, fixing leaks, painting, and basic carpentry tasks.
- Monitor and maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the showroom, workshop, customer lounge, and office areas.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, AC servicing, etc.).
- Report major breakdowns or facility issues to management promptly.
- Follow workplace safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in setting up displays, events, and promotional activities when required.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs carried out.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
