1. Procurement Planning
- Develop procurement plans based on project schedules and requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and the design team to understand material needs.
- Prepare procurement schedules to ensure timely material availability.
2. Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
3. Material Procurement
- Source and purchase materials such as:
- Wood and plywood
- MDF, laminates, veneers
- Glass and mirrors
- Gypsum boards and ceiling materials
- Hardware and fittings
- Paints and finishes
- Flooring materials
- Lighting fixtures
- HVAC and MEP-related materials
- Furniture and décor items
- Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality standards.
4. Cost Control
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
- Prepare comparative statements (CS) for management approval.
- Negotiate the best commercial terms.
- Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
5. Purchase Order Management
- Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs).
- Ensure purchase orders accurately reflect agreed specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Track purchase order status until delivery and closure.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
