Shah Brothers is into manufacturing of Single Use Assemblies & crimped hose assemblies required for the Pharma and Biotech Industry. In addition, we are into sales and distribution of a range of process consumables and equipment which are required by companies manufacturing vaccines, injectables, biopharma, cell & gene therapies.
Our product range includes - biopharma connectors, silicone tubings & hoses, diaphragm pumps, single use solutions, filters, laboratory instruments and many more products. The company also provides after sales Service and backup support to clients.
Job Summary: Shah Brothers is looking for Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Will be responsible for generating Sales in R & D and Production department within a designated geographic area or market segment.
Candidates will have a solid understanding of lab equipment and scientific instruments, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating Sales and R & D.
- Maintain Existing Sales
- Building New Customer Relationships.
- Handling Clients and Key Accounts.
- Actively promote products to existing and potential customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions and technical
- Prospecting sales and lead generation .
- Maintain strong post-sale relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate new enquiries and ultimately achieve LED Business .
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals .
Preferred candidate profile:
- Up to 0-10 years of experience in B2B sales of laboratory equipment or scientific instruments preferred.
- Candidate should be familiar with familiar with Industrial requirement in Pharma and Biopharma Processing.
- Candidate should be dynamic , prepared to travel and work with customer to ensure high Sales Volume.
- Candidate should be dependable, self-motivated ,have Good communication skills & display a sense of responsibility.
Education Required:
- Any Bachelors or masters degree in science (Chemistry, Biology, Physics), Engineering, or related field.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹58,315.89 per month
