Job Description:
We are a dynamic creative agency in Mumbai, specializing in 3D/CG Visualization & production. We're seeking a seasoned professional to manage key client relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing end-to-end project lifecycles from briefing to delivery.
-Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring high client satisfaction.
-Collaborate with creative and production teams to translate client needs into executable strategies.
-Prepare and present proposals, pitches including budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
-Conduct client meetings, both in-person and virtual, and track feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
-3+ years in client servicing within advertising, media, or digital agencies; experience with CG/3D or creative production is a plus.
-A Bachelor's degree. Any
-Strong understanding of advertising ecosystems.
Required Skills:
-Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.
-Analytical mindset for ROI analysis and data-driven recommendations.
-Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, multitasking across 3-5 clients.
