Position: GTM Engineer
Experience: 1 - 2 Years of MIS / Data / Sales Operations in IT Industry
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Manage Growth MIS sheets and maintain accurate data
- Handle lead collection, assignment, and tracking
- Track deal closures and payment status
- Coordinate sales & marketing data and reporting
- Prepare MOMs, CTAs, and pre-meeting data
- Support email and LinkedIn campaigns
- Maintain event calendars and campaign schedules
- Convert inbound traffic into leads
- Manage data lifecycle from research to closure
Requirements:
- Strong in Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnel
- Good communication and attention to detail
