With a strong presence across EBOs, MBOs, marketplaces, and our own website, we are looking for a passionate E-Commerce Executive to strengthen our online business.
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplaces and brand website. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with product listings, catalogue management, order processing, inventory synchronization, online promotions, and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings on Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ, and the company website.
- Create and update product catalogues, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and images.
- Coordinate with photography and design teams for catalogue uploads.
- Monitor inventory across all online sales channels and ensure stock accuracy.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and RTOs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, and campaigns.
- Monitor product visibility, rankings, and sales performance.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with customer support to resolve order and product-related issues.
- Ensure catalogue quality and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to improve online sales and customer experience.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in E-Commerce or Marketplace Operations (Fashion/Apparel preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ, or Shopify.
- Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
- Strong understanding of catalogue management and inventory control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the Fashion, Apparel, or Textile industry will be preferred.
