The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the school. The role includes managing documentation, coordinating with parents and staff, supporting school events and admissions, maintaining records, and providing overall administrative assistance to the management.
Administrative Duties
- Manage daily administrative and office operations efficiently.
- Maintain student, staff, and school records systematically.
- Prepare official letters, reports, circulars, and documentation.
- Coordinate admission-related processes and parent communication.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries.
- Maintain attendance records, files, and databases.
- Support examination, event, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as required.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and administrative procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of school information and records.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
