- Scaled campaigns

Responsibilities :-
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns
- Build high-converting marketing funnels
- Improve ROAS and reduce CAC
- Scale profitable campaigns strategically
- Perform audience testing and creative testing
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative and branding teams
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns
Requirements Must Have :-
- 5+ years of proven Performance Marketing experience
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Instagram Advertising
- Experience scaling E-commerce or D2C brands
- Strong understanding of:
- ROAS
- CTR
- CPC
- Pixel Setup
- Conversion Tracking
- Funnel Optimization
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset
- Deep understanding of paid growth systems
