Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that can efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data. The professional spends time refining model parameters and ensuring the models are scalable and effective for various natural language processing tasks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align the model design with project goals and continuous evaluation of model performance are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of large language model architectures to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of model capabilities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with training models on large-scale unlabeled text datasets.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to evaluate and improve model performance through rigorous testing and validation.
- Knowledge of scalable computing environments for model training and deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
