About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Global Group Controller to lead financial controlling, reporting, and compliance activities across our global operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and global accounting practices, along with the ability to partner with senior leadership to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the global group.
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions across global entities.
- Develop and maintain financial KPIs, dashboards, and management reports.
- Support senior leadership with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate internal controls, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Work closely with external auditors and key stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and strengthen system-based financial controlling.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Accounting, or Corporate Finance.
- Experience in financial consolidation and reporting for global or multi-entity organizations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
