We are looking for a confident and professional Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to handle calls from customers based in the USA. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a polite phone manner, and the ability to manage customer conversations with patience and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Answer inbound and outbound calls from customers in the USA.
2) Understand customer questions, concerns, or service requests.
3) Provide clear and accurate information over the phone.
4) Maintain a professional and respectful tone with customers.
5) Record call details, customer information, and follow-up notes accurately.
6) Coordinate with internal teams when required.
7) Meet daily and weekly call handling targets.
8) Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English communication skills
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, sales, or call center roles preferred
Comfortable speaking with customers in the USA
Good listening, problem-solving, and basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and follow call scripts/processes
Laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and quiet working environment required for remote candidates
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience handling US customers or international calling
Neutral accent or strong ability to communicate clearly in English
Experience using CRM tools or call management software

Compensation:
Salary will range from ₹40,000 to ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience, communication quality, and interview performance.
