About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our Airtel Black Inbound Process team. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist Airtel Black customers with service-related queries, complaints, and requests.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer concerns within defined timelines.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account-related issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update systems accurately.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
