Position: Instrumentation Technician
Location: Detroj, Gujarat
Department: O&M
Industry: Water & Wastewater Treatment
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out day-to-day maintenance of instrumentation and control systems at the plant
- Inspect, operate and maintain field instruments such as pressure, flow, level, temperature and conductivity instruments
- Troubleshoot instrumentation faults and attend breakdowns
- Perform calibration and testing of instruments as per required schedules
- Maintain and troubleshoot control valves, actuators, sensors and transmitters
- Check instrument signals, wiring, junction boxes and control loops
- Support PLC, SCADA and control panel-related instrumentation activities
- Carry out preventive maintenance and maintain calibration/maintenance records
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical and plant operation teams during maintenance activities
- Ensure proper functioning of critical process instruments for safe and reliable plant operation
- Follow site safety procedures, LOTO practices and PPE requirements
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics / Electrical
Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial instrumentation maintenance, preferably in WTP/ETP/STP plants
Skills Required: Knowledge of field instruments, calibration, transmitters, sensors, control valves, PLC/SCADA, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and basic electrical/instrumentation safety
Salary: 20-23k Gross
Job Location: Detroj, Gujarat
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
