Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Media Sales Executive to drive advertising sales in the cinema industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client-handling ability, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through cinema advertising sales (on-screen ads, branding, promotions)
- Identify and approach potential clients (local businesses, brands, agencies)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present media plans and advertising solutions to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution
- Maintain proper reporting and CRM updates
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (media sales preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local market and business network
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of advertising/media industry
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
