Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with at least 1.5 years of experience in sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client meetings, closing sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The role includes both individual contribution and team leadership responsibilities in a field-sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Convert prospects into customers by effectively negotiating and closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback for management.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business expansion strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

Qualifications

- Experience in both Individual Contributor (IC) and Team Lead roles.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
