Job role and responsibilities:-
- To make communication with our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise).
- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our Pharma Shoppe (Franchise) regarding every month’s offers.
Require work experience and qualifications:-
- At least 1 year in Telesales weather in any pharma company or BPO.
- MBA - Marketing degree only.
- Good communication in English language spoken as well as written.
- Reporting knowledge on MS Excel, Office and emails.
Salary:- Rs.17,500-19,500/- per month + Incentives + benefits.
