Job description:
We are looking for a professional and organized Operation Executive cum Admin to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Experience Required: 1-5 years
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
- Attend and transfer incoming calls and emails
- Maintain visitor records and office registers
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings
- Manage courier, stationery, and office supplies
- Support HR and administration activities
- Maintain office files, documents, and records
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Assist employees with administrative requirements
- Ensure office cleanliness and overall discipline
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
