Job Summary
An Accounts Assistant supports the finance team in managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. The role involves handling invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records
- Handle vendor bills, purchase entries & payment follow-ups
- Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance work
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Coordinate with site teams for billing and documentation
- Support monthly closing and MIS reports
- Manage invoices, vouchers, and filing of accounts documents
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime & MS Excel
- Atleast 4+ years of Experience in Construction Company is mandate
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS & accounting principles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
