Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Customer Relation Executives who are fluent in Hindi and English. Candidates with strong Hindi communication skills will be given high preference. Freshers who are confident in speaking with customers and willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi and English.
- Provide customer support and resolve basic queries.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Freshers are preferred.
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
Preferred Skills
- Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Experience
- Freshers preferred.
- Prior experience in customer support/customer relation is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
