Job Summary
Inductus Global is looking for Export Sales Executive with an experience of 2 to 5 years. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, aggressive in follow-ups, and eager to build a career in international sales and global business development. The position demands a strong sales mindset, ownership of leads, and a clear focus on conversion and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate international sales leads through emails, online platforms, trade portals, and market research
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from global clients
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, and commercial offers with overseas buyers
- Aggressively follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into confirmed export orders
- Work towards monthly and quarterly export sales targets
- Communicate with international customers via email, calls, and virtual meetings
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines under guidance
- Build long-term relationships with overseas buyers to ensure repeat business
- Study international markets, competitor pricing, and buyer trends
- Maintain accurate sales data, follow-up trackers, and MIS reports
- Provide regular updates on lead status, conversions, and pipeline movement
Performance Expectations
- Strong focus on sales conversion and revenue generation
- Consistent follow-ups with international clients
- Meeting defined sales KPIs and activity targets
- Professional communication and timely reporting
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, International Business, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales / export / business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasion and follow-up ability
- Basic understanding of exports or willingness to learn quickly
