Neelam Global is a leading real estate consultancy offering premium residential, commercial, and industrial properties across India and international markets.
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, networking, and field activities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
- Conduct follow-up calls and convert enquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, property visits, and virtual presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, investors, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions using CRM.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and deal closure.
- Prepare property proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and conversion KPIs.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Required Skills

- Ability to build relationships with HNIs, investors, and corporate clients.
- Good presentation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Real Estate Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in real estate sales are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
