## Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a background in counselling or education, and aprior experience in student recruitment, admissions, or educational counselling will be preferred. The Admission Counsellor will serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, playing a crucial role in guiding them through the admission process, showcasing the school’s values, and ensuring a positive and welcoming experience that converts inquiries into enrolled students.
## Responsibilities
Ø Serve as the primary point of contact for all prospective parents and students, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
Ø Conduct informative and engaging campus tours and presentations for prospective families, effectively communicating the school's vision, mission, curriculum, facilities, and unique selling points (USPs).
Ø Guide families through the entire admission lifecycle, from the initial inquiry and application submission to document collection, interaction/assessment scheduling, and fee deposition.
Ø Coordinate and oversee the admission assessments or student interactions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for the child.
Ø Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, applications, and enrollment data in the school's management system.
Ø Liaise with the academic coordinators, principal, and accounts department to ensure a seamless transition from admission to onboarding for new students.
Ø Clearly communicate school policies, fee structures, and rules and regulations to parents, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.
Ø Assist in planning and executing admission-related events to maximize outreach and enrollment.
Ø Stay updated on current educational trends, competitor schools, and market demands to provide feedback to the management for marketing and outreach strategies.
Ø Foster long-term relationships with parents even after admission to ensure a high level of satisfaction and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.

Key qualifications for your role
Graduate/P postgraduate in any stream
Experience as an Admission Counsellor or similar role in a CBSE school is preferred
What additional criteria are important to the role?
Ø Preference will be given to candidates residing in Navi Mumbai.
Ø Proficiency in local languages (Marathi/Hindi) is a plus.
Minimum education level:
Graduate/P postgraduate in any stream (A degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Mass Communication is an added advantage).
