Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Customization
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and Customer Service modules).
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET.
- Customize CRM forms, ribbons, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
- Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and business process automation.
Integration & Architecture
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with internal and external systems using REST APIs and Web Services.
- Develop Azure-based integrations using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus.
- Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability of CRM solutions.
- Participate in solution design, architecture reviews, and best practice implementation.
Data Management & Reporting
- Work with Dataverse for data modeling, security, and governance.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and FetchXML.
- Support data migration, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
- Monitor and optimize CRM performance and data quality.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Dynamics 365 CE Professional Profile
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), specifically in Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong experience in Dynamics 365 customization and development using C#, .NET Plugins, Custom Workflows, and JavaScript.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience configuring Entities, Forms, Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, Security Roles, and Model-Driven Apps
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong working knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience working with Dataverse (Common Data Service), data modelling, security framework, and governance processes.
- Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external/internal applications using REST APIs, Web Services, and Azure Integration Services.
- Mandatory (Experience 7) – Must have experience working with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or similar Azure-based integration components.
- Mandatory (Experience 8) – Must have experience in reporting and analytics using Power BI, FetchXML, and CRM data reporting solutions.
- Preferred (Skill 1) – Microsoft Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, or other relevant Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications.
- Preferred (Skill 2) – Experience in enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, customization, and digital transformation projects.
- Preferred (Skill 3) – Exposure to Power Pages, Customer Portals, Azure Integration Services, and BFSI domain applications.
Pay: ₹541,090.01 - ₹3,100,000.00 per year
